Mango Spaghetti with Vanilla Ice Cream


Ingredients:

For Mango Spaghetti

200 gms Mango pulp
4 gms Agar Agar
1 Silicon Tube
1 Syringe
Some Ice water for cold bath

For Garnishing

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
2-3 Mint Leaves
1 Table Spoon Chocolate Sauce
1 Tea Spoon Pistachio

Methord:

Mix Mango pulp and Agar- Agar and blend it with a Blender to obtain a smooth puree.
Put the Mango puree to a saucepan. Bring it to boli
Strain puree through a Strainer.
Fill the Syringe with Mango Puree and connect the Silicon Tube to it.
Fill the tubes and keep this tube in cold water. Let it rest for 5 Minutes.
Remove the tube from cold water and take it our by pressing tube.
Roll Mango Spaghetti into a Spiral and serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Garnish with Mint leaves, Chocolate Sauce and Pistachio.
