Quinoa Gardenia Salad










Ingredents:

Quinoa : 1 CupCucumber: 1 Small SizeCarrot: 1 Small SizeBlack Olive: 4-5 PCsGreen Olive 4-5 PCsBaby Romaine Lettuce: 1 BunchParsley: Few SpringsBeetroot Julianne: 5-6 PCsRed & Yellow Bell Pepper Julianne: 8 To 10 PCsOlive Oil: 1 Table SpoonChopped Garlic : 1 Tea SpoonFresh Basil Chopped: 1 Tea Spoon
Lemon Juice: 1 Tea SpoonBlack Pepper Crushed: For Seasoning

Process

  •  Rinse quinoa under cold water 1 minute; drain. Cook quinoa as directed on package; drain. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  •  Meanwhile, in small Glass bowl, place lemon juice, Olive oil , Salt, Black Pepper and basil; mix well. Set aside for dressing.
  • Mix half of Seasoning with Quinoa and arrange in a plate. you can use any ring for this
  • Slice Cucumber  & Carrot with peeler. and make roll .
  • Arrange Cucumber roll, Carrot roll , Baby Lettuce Leaf, bell Pepper and Beetroot on top of Quinoa bed.

  •  Just before serving, sprinkle with dressing. Garnish with basil leaves .
