Steam Fish with Spinach and Sour Cream

Ingredents:

For Fish :

1  Fish fillet, 1 inch thick, about 8 oz each
1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
1 Tea Spoon White Pepper
1 Tea Spoon Salt
1 Cup Blanched Spinach
1 Tea Spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Chopped Garlic

For Sour Cream Suce:

2 Table spoon Mayonnaise
2 Table spoon Sour Cream
1 Tea Spoon Chopped Parsley

For Tomato Caviar:

1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup
1 Table Spoon Gelatin
2 Cup Chilled Oil
2 Table Spoon Hot Water
1 Disposable Syringe


Methord:

Marinate Fish with Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice. Keep it 

Meanwhile in a glass Bowl Mix all Ingredients for Sour Cream Sauce . Season with Salt & Pepper.

 Mix Water and Gelatin in a Glass Bow. Add Tomato Ketchup, Mix Well

Suck up a bunch of Tomato Sauce mixture into syringe and Drop it in Chilled Oil.

Strain Tomato Caviar and Wash in Cold Water.

Steam Fish  in a steamer 

Heat Oil in a Pan add Garlic and Spinach. Season with Salt & Pepper.

Arrange Spinach in a Plate. Put Fish on the bed of Spinach. Topped with Sour Cream Sauce and Tomato Caviar.

Garnish with Parsley.
